A Little Cluster from My Backyard

Another night under the Rotterdam sky, this time pointing the DWARF Mini at NGC 7160, an open star cluster in the constellation Cepheus. Captured from my backyard with 157 frames of 15 seconds, for a total of 39 minutes of exposure. Not bad for a tiny telescope in the middle of a city. There’s something pretty special about capturing distant starlight from right here in Rotterdam. More backyard deep-sky adventures to come.
