❤️ The Heart Nebula (IC 1805) Located about 7,500 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia, the Heart Nebula is a massive cloud of glowing hydrogen gas. Its beautiful red glow comes from young, hot stars lighting up the surrounding gas. This incredible region of space stretches nearly 300 light-years across and is home to newly forming stars.
